LPL Financial LLC, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer, has added Omaha, Nebraska-based Fogarty Wealth Management to its broker-dealer, corporate registered investment advisor, and custodial platforms.
The Fogarty team serves approximately $125 million in brokerage and advisory assets, and joins from Securities America, part of the Advisor Group network of broker-dealers. The firm aligned with JFC Financial Services, a $3 billion enterprise that recently joined LPL from Securities America.
For 20 years, firm president Bennett Fogarty, has held various roles within the financial services industry; as a producing advisor, recruiter and group manager. He also serves as an adjunct professor for the University of Nebraska Omaha’s finance department. Fogarty said that technology was a primary factor behind his decision to move to LPL and JFC.
The Fogarty team also includes financial advisor Bryan Stoltenberg, operations manager Karla O’Fallon, and office manager Greg Hauer.
LPL Financial provides service to approximately $670 billion in brokerage and advisory assets as of March 31, 2020. The company provides proprietary technology, comprehensive clearing services, practice management programs and training, and independent research to 16,763 financial advisors and 700 financial institutions.
