LPL Financial Recruits Former MassMutual Team

LPL Financial LLC, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer, has added the newly named Twenty Four Wealth Management to its broker-dealer and hybrid registered investment advisor platforms.

LPL Financial LLC, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer, has added the newly named Twenty Four Wealth Management to its broker-dealer and hybrid registered investment advisor platforms. The firm will align with Stratos Wealth Partners, an existing LPL firm.

Based in New York City and Fairfield County, Connecticut, Twenty Four Wealth Management’s advisors join from MassMutual Financial Advisors and serve more than $460 million in brokerage and advisory assets. The business was formerly associated with Barnum Wealth Management and established its new name with the move to LPL Financial and Stratos Wealth Partners.

Twenty Four Wealth Management was founded by Anthony Truino, Michael J. Carbino, and John Dougherty, and includes Christopher Zapata and a seven-member support staff.

The team provides comprehensive wealth management services to executives, professional athletes and business owners and delivers approximately 300 financial plans each year for their existing client base, LPL noted.

LPL Financial provides service to approximately $719 billion in brokerage and advisory assets as of September 30, 2019. The company provides proprietary technology, comprehensive clearing services, practice management programs and training, and independent research to 16,349 financial advisors and 700 financial institutions.
