LPL Financial Recruits Advisor from Wells Fargo
LPL Financial LLC, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer, has added financial advisor Joe Mastroianni to its broker-dealer and corporate RIA platform.
LPL Financial LLC, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer, has added financial advisor Joe Mastroianni to its broker-dealer and corporate RIA platform. He is aligned with Gladstone Wealth Partners, an LPL enterprise firm.
Mastroianni joins from Wells Fargo Advisors and serves approximately $120 million in advisory and brokerage assets. After 15 years with wirehouse firms, he decided to launch his own wealth management practice in his hometown of Venice, Florida. Mastroianni said the independent channel provides more flexibility in how he serves his clients, who are mostly retirees.
Mastroianni is currently operating under the Gladstone Advisors umbrella, but once settled into running his new independent business, he plans to partner with a friend and colleague already affiliated with LPL and Gladstone.
LPL Financial provides service to approximately $810 billion in brokerage and advisory assets as of September 30, 2020. The company provides proprietary technology, clearing services, practice management programs and training, and independent research to 17,168 financial advisors.
