Lightstone Value Plus REIT V Announces New NAV

The board of directors of Lighthouse Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust V, Inc., with the assistance of its advisor and an independent third-party valuation firm, has determined its new net asset value (NAV).

On November 30, 2018, the board of directors of Lighthouse Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust V, Inc. with the assistance of its advisor, LSG Development Advisor LLC, and an independent third-party valuation firm, Captight Property Advisors, LLC, has determined a new estimated net asset value of $8.47 per share. This reflects an increase of $0.49 or 6.1 percent from the estimated NAV per share of $7.98 as of September 30, 2017.

Lighthouse also adopted a fourth amended and restated share redemption program, effective from November 30, 2018 through June 30, 2019, with a redemption automatically adjusted to $7.83, which represents 92.5% of its estimated NAV per share.

Furthermore, redemptions are no longer limited to circumstances such as death, a “qualifying disability,” confinement to a long-term care facility, or first come, first served basis. All redemption requests will be honored pro rata.
