Lightstone REIT III Declared Effective by SEC

Lightstone Value Plus REIT III, Lightstone Group’s latest offering, was declared effective yesterday evening by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The non-traded REIT is offering up to 30 million shares of common stock through Lightstone Capital Markets, a branch office of Orchard Securities.

The REIT will be similar to its predecessor, Lightstone Value Plus REIT II, which is scheduled to close this September.
