Lightstone Capital Markets Hires VP, National Accounts

Lightstone Capital Markets, the dealer-manager for Lightstone Real Estate, a sponsor of public, non-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs), hired Alisha Edmund to serve as Vice President, National Accounts for the Central U.S. region.

According to Edmund’s LinkedIn profile, she will oversee distribution of the sponsor’s non-traded REIT offerings throughout the independent broker-dealer and registered investment advisor channels.

Most recently, Edmund served as National Accounts Coordinator for Ascendant Capital, an alternative investment boutique firm that sources real estate, private equity, and hedge fund opportunities making them available for individual investors.

During her 15 plus years in financial services, Edmund has also held roles at KBS Capital Markets Group, Diversified Financial Planning Inc., and American Funds, among other firms. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
