Kestra Financial Names Former eMoney Exec as President

Kestra Financial Inc., a wealth management platform for independent financial professionals, has hired Stephen Langlois as president to oversee the Kestra-branded broker-dealer and registered investment advisers.

Kestra Financial Inc., a wealth management platform for independent financial professionals, has hired Stephen Langlois as president to oversee the Kestra-branded broker-dealer and registered investment advisers.

The company said that his responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, expanding its existing growth strategy, and delivering technology and wealth management innovations, among others.

Prior to joining Kestra Financial, Langlois served as head of business development and chief revenue officer of eMoney Advisor, and previously held executive positions at Fidelity Investments and LPL Financial.

“Stephen comes to Kestra Financial with a 360-degree view of independent financial professionals, having helped fuel the growth of their businesses for over 20 years,” said James Poer, chief executive officer of Kestra Financial Inc. “With a keen eye on how fintech can deepen the value we deliver, Stephen is unequivocally qualified to design, define, and deliver the future state of our platform as president.”
