Kestra Financial Affiliate Acquires $1.1 billion RIA

Bluespring Wealth Partners, LLC, has acquired Vector Wealth Management, a $1.1 billion registered investment advisor based in Minneapolis, MN.

Bluespring Wealth Partners LLC, an affiliate of Kestra Financial that focuses on the acquisition of registered investment advisor and wealth management firms, has purchased Vector Wealth Management, a $1.1 billion registered investment advisor based in Minneapolis, MN.

Founded in 1993, Vector Wealth Management offers comprehensive financial planning and investment management for a wide range of clients, including individuals, families, business owners, and corporate executives.
