KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT Signs New Tenants
Public, non-traded REIT KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT recently signed new leases totaling over 23,000 square feet at Bellevue Technology Center in Bellevue, Washington.
The 326,384 square-foot center boasts nine buildings of class A/B office space on 46 acres of land with a 576-unit underground parking garage.
Intergen North America, a provider of software solutions and related consulting services, signed a new lease for 7,330 square feet of office space.
Privately-held casual pizza chain MOD Super Fast Pizza (MOD) will lease 15,772 square feet of office space. MOD’s executive team includes former Starbucks executives and founders of Seattle Coffee Company.

Amenities include a full service café, a common area, conference area, sports court, secured on-site bike storage, and a fitness facility with locker rooms among others.
KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT is closed to new investors and has just over $1 billion in invested assets as of September 30, 2014.
