KBS Realty Advisors Names New VP of Asset Management

KBS Realty Advisors, a real estate investment company based in Newport Beach, California, promoted Clint Copulos to vice president of asset management for the Portland and Sacramento markets where he will be responsible for asset management, acquisition and disposition activities.

Copulos, who oversees a portfolio of approximately one million square feet of office space, has worked at KBS since 2013 and previously served as an investment analyst and investment associate for the asset management department. Prior to joining the company, he was responsible for the performance of assets in downtown San Diego for Wereldhave, a Dutch real estate investment trust traded on the Amsterdam stock exchange. Copulos received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of California, Irvine.

KBS Realty Advisors, a private equity real estate company and registered investment advisor founded in 1992. Since its inception, KBS-affiliated companies have completed transactional activity in excess of $32 billion via 14 separate accounts, six commingled funds, five sovereign wealth funds and seven non-traded real estate investment trusts.
