About the Role:
The Sr. Marketing Manager role oversees the organizations marketing ventures. The ideal candidate will be an adept marketing strategist, capable of crafting and executing strategies that bolster the company’s market presence. This individual should inspire creativity and foster enthusiasm within the organization, elevating our brand’s identity and reach.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities such as, a wide range of B2B and B2C publications including investor communications, public relations outreach, whitepaper development, email campaigns, etc.
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, including social media and website
• Chief liaison with FINRA marketing department
• Assists with the implementation of online marketing plans; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such plans.
• Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities.
• Collaborates with and coordinates communication among information technology, sales, research, and other departments to complete projects.
• Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques.
• Assists with development of the organizations website to ensure its efficiency and efficacy.
• Drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
• Presents design ideas and recommendations to marketing manager, committee, or sales team.
• Create and design visual content, including logos, flyers, and other graphic materials, to support various marketing and communication needs
• Schedules and hosts webcasts.
• Manage and oversee the corporate LinkedIn page, ensuring regular updates, engaging content, and alignment with the company’s branding and communication strategies
• Develop and manage the creation and ordering of promotional products to support marketing campaigns and company events.
Supervisory Requirements:
• Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Candidate Requirements:
• Superior written and verbal communication skills. Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to self-manage workload volumes to achieve or exceed goals and changing priorities in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong results-oriented focus, strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Marketing
• Technical requirements include:
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Canva
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Mailchimp
• InDesign
• Go To Webinar/Go To Meeting/Zoom
• Microsoft Dynamics preferred (not required)
• Experience in banking, investments, or finance industry required
