    Senior Due Diligence Analyst at CNL (Orlando, FL)

    Responsible for in-depth analysis and communication of products distributed by CNL Securities Corp. to support managing dealer due diligence. Responsible for facilitating the third party and participating broker dealer due diligence process. Be the liaison between the product issuer and external due diligence to procure the necessary information to answer technical questions regarding the programs.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Provide initial and ongoing analysis of CNL distributed products as part of managing dealer due diligence
    • Review and interpret all financial filings – P&L analysis, cash flow statements analysis, Balance sheets, footnotes – and prepare quarterly reviews for the managing dealer
    • Coordinate and promptly communicate with broker/dealers, RIAs and third party due diligence firms to answer technical and strategic due diligence questions as they review products
    • Maintain knowledge of all portfolio updates and material events occurring within each assigned product, thoroughly reviewing and understanding the information and communicating to all necessary parties addressing any anticipated questions or concerns
    • Track all due diligence documents received; manage the various participating broker/dealers’ and RIA due diligence reviews associated with each product
    • Review and understand all documents received from the issuers for broker-dealer and third party due diligence
    • Review and update due diligence guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure all aspects of responsibilities are covered
    • Track and maintain due diligence kits and responses and prepare reports focused on accuracy and timeliness
    • Respond to all due diligence requests and questionnaires promptly
    • Process all selling agreements, conduct initial firm suitability reviews, addressing concerns and risk mitigation for firms that do not meet suitability standards
    • Liaise with National Accounts to support business planning, process improvement, performance reporting
    • Act as Salesforce reporting expert to support National Accounts, Due Diligence and Sales teams

    Education/Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • MBA or other related professional license preferred
    • 3-5 years’ experience in similar position
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce, alternative investments and retail distribution preferred

    Work Schedule:

    • Typical work week is 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with a scheduled one hour lunch (work schedule will be determined based on department need). There will be occasional additional hours for peak work periods and projects.
