Invesco REIT Updates Monthly NAV Per Share for April

Invesco Real Estate Income Trust Inc., a publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trust, declared a portfolio update and monthly net asset value per share for its classes of common stock, as of April 30, 2023.

For the month ended April 30, 2023, the Company’s Class I NAV per share decreased 0.78% from $30.45 as of March 31, 2023 to $30.21 as of April 30, 2023. Other share classes were similarly impacted. The company attributed the decline primarily to a “modest downward adjustment in the valuation of our 20-building medical office portfolio in response to sustained higher interest rates.”

Class T shares had a NAV per share of $30.09 as of April 30, 2023, compared to $30.32 the previous month.

Class S shares had a NAV per share of $30.04, compared to $30.28 the previous month.

Class D shares had a NAV per share of $30.08, compared to $30.28 the previous month.

Class I shares had a NAV per share of $30.21, compared to $30.45 the previous month.

Class E shares had a NAV per share of $31.40, compared to $31.63 the previous month.

Shares were originally priced at $25.00 each.

The REIT had 20.6 million shares outstanding at the end of April.

The REIT launched its public offering, which seeks to raise up to $3.0 billion, in May 2021. As of May 11, 2023, the company had raised a total of $135.7 million via its offering. The company had an aggregate NAV of $632.1 million as of April 30, 2023.
