The Rocky Mountains are calling. Denver, Colorado based Dividend Capital is seeking an internal wholesaler to grow its market share within the territory.
The Company is searching for a flexible individual with experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and FINRA series 7 and 63. The right candidate should have a strong sales background and knowledge of mutual funds or insurance. Job duties include working in conjunction with external wholesalers, developing and executing sales strategies, and thoroughly communicating Dividend Capital’s product philosophy, among other responsibilities. The position also requires travel up to 10% of the time.
Dividend Capital is also seeking an operations associate for Non-traded REIT Shareholder Operations. Successful candidates will provide pre-sale support, answer financial advisor inquiries, and assist in processing of shareholder transactions, among other duties.
Dividend Capital is a real estate investment management firm. The company’s current offering is Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund, a REIT which intends to create a diversified portfolio of office buildings, industrial distribution facilities, retail centers, real estate debt investment, as well as other commercial real estate investments.
