Inland Securities Corporation Promotes DST, UPREIT Veteran to SVP of Exchange Solutions

Inland Securities Corporation – the dealer, manager, and placement agent for real estate investment programs offered by Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation, Inland Private Capital Corporation, and Inland Venture Partners – announced the promotion of Brian Fritz to senior vice president, head of the exchange solutions team.

“In an expanding marketplace with endless options, it is paramount to provide curated investment and tax-management solutions that meet the investor’s exchange needs,” commented Mike Ezzell, chief executive officer and president of Inland Securities Corporation. “Brian and his team have many years of experience supporting financial intermediaries and representing more than 10,000 real estate exchanges valued in excess of $7 billion in investor equity over the last 20 years. Fritz is responsible for the exchange solutions team – five tenured Inland Securities Corporation professionals – overseeing sales for Delaware statutory trust and umbrella partnership real estate investment trusts, or UPREITs.

The team coordinates and facilitates broad exchange education; provides transaction support; and brings 1031 and 721 expertise for financial intermediaries to facilitate the execution of successful exchanges that meet the needs of high net-worth investors with tax-advantaged investment solutions.

“Brian brings a wealth of expertise with more than two decades of sales and technical experience in the alternative investment industry, including recently reaching his 20-year anniversary at Inland Securities,” commented Dave Kasprzak, national sales manager of Inland Securities Corporation.

Fritz earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has his FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
