IGRE Hires West Coast Divisional Sales Manager

IGRE Capital Holdings LLC, the general partner of Investment Grade R.E. Income Fund LP, announced that Patrick LeBlanc has joined the firm as the West Coast divisional sales manager.

IGRE says LeBlanc will support the company’s network of independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors throughout the United States.

LeBlanc has more than 15 years of experience in real estate investment, alternative investments and sales management and has led teams across the country. Prior to joining IGRE, LeBlanc worked with Forum Partners as their national sales director. He was also a regional vice president at Megatel Capital Investment and a western regional sales director at Hartman Income REIT.

LeBlanc earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and media studies from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.
