ICON Seeks an Internal Wholesaler

When a job arises in the Greater New York City area, who wouldn’t jump at the chance? ICON Investments is seeking an internal wholesaler in the City That Never Sleeps.

The lucky hiree will assist senior sales professionals in promoting the sale of alternative investments through the Independent Broker Dealer space. Among other responsibilities, they will generate sales leads, provide pre- and post-sales support, and interface with various departments. The ideal candidate will be licensed with Series 7 and 63, have their Bachelor’s degree, and have a persuasive telephone manner.

ICON Investments is a leading manager of alternative investments. The company focuses on hard assets such as equipment and other direct investment opportunities. It is the sponsor and manager of 15 equipment finance investment funds as well as a non-traded BDC. In addition, ICON specializes in capital markets and advisory services for middle-market companies.

The new Internal Wholesaler would be raising capital for C?ON Investment Corporation, a BDC which, as of September 2013, has raised $77 million.
