Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX Enters Agreement to Buy Office Building

Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX Inc., a Houston-based real estate investment trust, has agreed to purchase Ashford Crossing II from KWI Ashford Westchase Buildings L.P., an unaffiliated third party, for $10.9 million.

Ashford Crossing II is a six-story suburban office building totaling 158,451 square feet in Houston, TX. Built in 1983, the property is located along the edges of the Houston Energy Corridor and Westchase submarkets and is currently 87 percent occupied by 22 tenants.

Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX looks to acquire undervalued properties for its value-add investment strategy. The REIT and affiliates also manage and lease all of its properties, which are located in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.
