Hartman Names Regional Director of Sales for Western Division

Hartman Income REIT Management Inc., sponsor of non-traded real estate investment trusts, has appointed a regional director of sales for the west territory.

Hartman Income REIT Management Inc., sponsor of non-traded real estate investment trusts, has promoted Rhett Meadows to regional director of sales for the west territory.

In his new role, Meadows will be responsible for raising capital and managing selling agreements in the independent broker-dealer and registered investment advisor channels throughout 10 states in the western half of the United States.

Prior to his promotion, Meadows served as an internal sales associate for the western region and associate vice president of national accounts. Before joining Hartman, he served as the associate vice president of sales for Provasi Capital, which sponsored alternative investments, including senior secured loan funds, funds of funds, and Delaware statutory trusts.

“Rhett quickly adapted to the challenges brought on by the pandemic and continues to find creative and innovative ways to connect with our advisors and their investors. We are confident that he will bring the same level of service and value to our partners in the field as he has from the desk,” said Gian Craparo, national sales director.

Meadows holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in international business from Stephen F. Austin’s Rusche College of Business, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. He is a chartered alternative investment analyst.

Hartman has experience acquiring, owning, managing, and leasing commercial office, retail, light industrial and warehouse properties located in Texas. Since 1983, Hartman and its affiliated entities, including founder Allen R. Hartman, have sponsored 23 programs and acquired interests in more than 90 real assets totaling approximately $750 million as of December 31, 2019.
