H. Beck Rebrands and Changes Name

H. Beck Inc., an independent broker-dealer and registered investment adviser, has changed its name to Grove Point Financial.

H. Beck Inc., an independent broker-dealer and registered investment adviser, has changed its name to Grove Point Financial.

With a history spanning nearly 40 years, the company serves more than 500 financial professionals across the country. As part of this rebrand, the firm said that it revamped its wealth management and technology platforms, as well as expanded its service model.

“The term ‘Grove’ refers to a group of trees that grow independently but are connected in a way that makes them stronger. ‘Point’ references a future destination. Together, these words articulate what it means to be associated with Grove Point Financial, representing a diverse and inclusive community of independent professionals that run their businesses on their own terms with the deep support network and backing of a top-tier broker-dealer and RIA,” the company explained.

Grove Point Financial was acquired by Kestra Holdings in December 2017. Kestra Holdings companies collectively oversee $122 billion in assets under administration and support more than 2,400+ independent financial professionals.
