Griffin Capital Company LLC, an alternative investment manager, has hired a senior vice president on its wealth solutions team.

Griffin Capital Company LLC, an alternative investment manager, has hired Vincent Calvanese as a senior vice president on its wealth solutions team. In his new role, Calvanese will focus on supporting and expanding the firm’s western territory intermediary relationships across all channels.

Prior to joining Griffin Capital, Calvanese was a member of the distribution management team at Transamerica Capital where he served as a senior vice president/regional sales manager of the western division. Prior to his time at Transamerica Capital, he was the western division director at FS Investment Solutions where he managed the top division for the firm, the company said.

Nick Rosenthal, managing director of wealth solutions, said, “Vince’s experience managing high performing individuals and his deep understanding of the capital markets and intermediary distribution will be a valuable asset to our clients and investors, and we are excited to be able to give Vince the opportunity to utilize his skill set to benefit our partners and augment those relationships.”
