Good Life Companies (Good Life), an independent hybrid registered investment advisor, has appointed Rachel Bashore as chief operating officer to oversee all aspects of the firm’s day-to-day operations.
Good Life said that Bashore’s initial focus will be to oversee the rollout of new products and expanded technology-enabled tools and other platforms for its advisors.

(formerly BankMobile), where she led that institution’s white label compliance risk and privacy functions as the firm’s vice president, compliance risk officer, and privacy officer. Prior to that, she served in executive positions with financial technology companies and banks, and was a practicing trial and corporate attorney.
According to her LinkedIn page, she previously served as COO at Fleetwood Bank; vice president, attorney and compliance risk officer at Customers Bancorp Inc.; and vice president, attorney, and regulatory affairs manager at Fulton Financial Corporation.
Bashore earned her Bachelor of Science from Drexel University, a juris doctor from The Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law and retains her admission to the Pennsylvania Bar. She has also served as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Alvernia University and a board member of several nonprofit organizations.
