Franklin Square to Host Third Quarter Earnings Calls for Three Non-Traded BDCs

FS Investment Corporation II, FS Investment Corporation III, and FS Energy & Power Fund, three publicly registered non-traded business development companies sponsored by Franklin Square, are each hosting conference calls on Monday, November 16th to discuss third quarter earning results for 2015. The calls are open to the public. The three companies are expected to release their earning results beforehand on Friday, November 13th.

The time and dial-in information for the November 16th conference calls is as follows:

FSIC II will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). Dial 1(800) 446-2782 and use conference ID 41066705 approximately 10 minutes prior to the call.

FSIC III will host a conference call at 11:30 a.m. (Eastern Time). Dial 1 (800) 447-0521 and use conference ID 41066706 approximately 10 minutes prior to the call.

FSEP will host a conference call at 1:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). Dial 1 (866) 436-9172 and use conference ID 41066707 approximately 10 minutes prior to the call.

A replay of the calls will be available for 30 days on the company website, www.franklinsquare.com, under the literature page for each fund.
