Four Springs Capital Trust Hires Lee Iredell as VP of Product Management

Four Springs Capital Trust, a private real estate investment trust, has hired Lee Iredell as vice president of product management.

Four Springs Capital Trust, a private real estate investment trust, has hired Lee Iredell as vice president of product management. In her new role, she will responsible for overseeing the development, planning, and implementation of strategies to market and distribute the company’s real estate and other alternative investment products.

Iredell has more than 20 years of industry experience in the areas of product management, marketing, and business development. She previously served as senior vice president of business development at SQN Securities, and spent nearly seven years as the vice president of sales and product management at Realty Capital Securities.

“We are pleased to welcome Lee to the Four Springs team,” said chairman and CEO William Dioguardi. “Her extensive industry experience and relationships combined with her strong track record of business development and raising capital will help the company continue to expand its reach within our distribution channels.”

She has also held a number of sales roles, including vice president and senior wholesaler at Lightstone Securities, 1031 operations manager at Cole Capital, and assistant vice president at ICON Securities Corp.

Iredell holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Elmira College.
