Four Springs Capital Trust Expands Acquisitions Team

Four Springs Capital Trust, a private real estate investment trust, has expanded its sales team by promoting Christian Blanke to director of acquisitions and hiring Joseph Crossett as a senior acquisitions analyst.

Blanke, who is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and structuring acquisitions in his new role, joined the firm’s investment department in 2014 as a senior financial analyst. He previously served as a senior research analyst at State Street Absolute Return Investment Strategies and holds a master of business administration degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

In his new role as senior analyst, Crossett will be responsible for acquisitions and credit underwriting. Before joining the firm, he was an investment analyst at American Century Investments, where he was responsible for company analysis, modeling, and reporting on companies in various sectors. Crossett holds a master’s degree in finance from Boston College.

“Christian and Joseph represent the backgrounds and talent we have been focused on attracting in all areas of our business. Christian has proven a strong team member and with the addition of Joseph we have a deep bench that further enhances FSCT’s best-inclass acquisitions team,” said Jared Morgan, head of acquisitions.

Four Springs Capital Trust invests in single-tenant, income-producing commercial properties that are subject to long-term triple or double net leases with investment grade or other creditworthy tenants.
