Four Springs Capital Trust Appoints Senior Director of Real Estate

Four Springs Capital Trust, a private real estate investment trust, has hired Marcia Minton as senior director of real estate.

Four Springs Capital Trust, a private real estate investment trust, has hired Marcia Minton as senior director of real estate. In her role on the asset management team, she will focus on lease renewals, property dispositions, and property management matters.

Minton has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and most recently, served as senior director of leasing for Madison Marquette, a real estate investment management firm. She has previously held roles at Cedar Realty Trust, Levin Capital Management, and Brixmor, among others.

“Marcia brings a wealth of commercial real estate experience to our organization,” said Cindy Daly, senior vice president and head of asset management and underwriting for Four Springs Capital Trust. “We are confident that her contributions will help accelerate the growth of our platform.”
