Four Springs Capital Markets Hires Senior Vice President of Sales

Four Springs Capital Markets, a financial services firm that focuses on raising capital for real estate and other alternative investments, has hired Josh McKinley as senior vice president of sales covering the western region.

Four Springs Capital Markets, a financial services firm that focuses on raising capital for real estate and other alternative investments, has hired Josh McKinley as senior vice president of sales covering the western region of the country, including California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii.

McKinley is a financial services executive with a long track record in the alternative investments and broader capital markets industry. Most recently, he was an executive with AEI Capital Corporation, 1031 exchange focused commercial real estate firm. Previously, he served in wealth management roles with The Mutual Fund Store, Weston Investment Group, and Morgan Stanley.

“Josh is a highly skilled, consultative sales professional with a history of helping to grow and expand capital raising platforms,” said Eric Paul, president of Four Springs Capital Markets.

Four Springs Capital Markets, founded in 2009, is the distributor of 1031 exchange programs for Four Springs TEN31 Xchange, a subsidiary of Four Springs Capital Trust. Four Springs Capital Trust is a real estate investment trust that focuses on acquiring and managing a portfolio of single-tenant commercial properties, including industrial, medical and necessity retail properties leased on a long-term basis to creditworthy tenants.

The REIT purchased or is under contract to purchase eight industrial properties valued at approximately $183 million, as reported by The DI Wire last week.

Since 2009, Four Springs Capital Markets has raised capital from financial intermediaries, high net worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors for 1031 programs, private placements and REIT equity and debt investments.
