Four Springs Capital Markets, a financial services firm focusing on commercial real estate investment products, has appointed Eric Paul as its new president.

Paul previously served as chief marketing officer at Black Creek Group and Dividend Capital since 2004, where he was responsible for all aspects of the marketing process for a suite of commercial real estate investment programs, including five real estate investment trusts, a 1031 exchange program, and other commercial real estate investment programs.

“We are extremely excited to have Eric join our organization in a leadership capacity,” said William Dioguardi, principal of Four Springs Capital Markets and chief executive officer of Four Springs Capital Trust. “As an experienced executive with over 25 years of developing marketing programs for financial services, technology and consumer products companies, he brings a unique skill set to the company that should allow us to grow and scale our business.”

Previously, Paul was vice president of marketing for Spencer Trask Ventures, where he led marketing for the firm’s private equity investments. In prior roles, he served in a variety of management capacities for marketing consulting firms such as Addison and Interbrand.

Four Springs Capital Markets, founded in 2009, is the distributor of Four Springs TEN31 Xchange sponsored DST product offerings and private offerings of both debt and equity for Four Springs Capital Trust, an internally-managed real estate investment trust that focuses on acquiring and managing a portfolio of single-tenant commercial properties, including retail, industrial/warehouse, medical and other office buildings that have long-term double or triple net leases with creditworthy tenants.
