Four CIM Non-Traded REITs Appoint Elaine Wong as Director

Elaine Wong has joined the boards of four publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trusts sponsored by CIM Group, including CIM Income NAV Inc., CIM Real Estate Finance Trust Inc., Cole Credit Property Trust V. Inc., and Cole Office & Industrial REIT Inc.

Wong is a principal at CIM and oversees the firm’s marketing and communications group, and previously served as the company’s global head of partner and co-investor relations from February 2015 to April 2018.

The companies noted that Wong was selected to serve as a director because of her experience as a principal of CIM and her expertise in investor relations, marketing and communications strategy, as well as her background leading the company’s fundraising efforts.

She joined CIM in 2007 as an associate of investor relations and was promoted to vice president of fundraising and investor relations in February 2010 and 1st vice president, global head of fundraising and investor relations in February 2012.

Prior to joining CIM, she served as an associate at Perry Capital LLC, and previously, as an associate in the equities division of financial and strategic management at Goldman Sachs & Co.

Wong holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
