ExchangeRight Continues Sales Team Hiring Spree
ExchangeRight, one of the nation’s largest sponsors of securitized 1031-exchangeable real estate investments, has appointed Weldon Evans as senior vice president to cover the Eastern region alongside Geoff Flahardy.
ExchangeRight, one of the nation’s largest sponsors of securitized 1031-exchangeable real estate investments, has appointed Weldon Evans as senior vice president to cover the Eastern region alongside Geoff Flahardy.
The company said that Evans specializes in brokerage, marketing, and management services and will help market the company’s private placement offerings.
“We are excited to welcome Weldon to our team where he will provide support to the broker-dealers and RIAs we work with across the Eastern region,” said Warren Thomas, a managing member of ExchangeRight.
Prior to joining ExchangeRight, Evans served in senior positions at Preferred Apartment Communities, Waypoint Financial Group, Bank of America Capital Management, and American International Group. He currently hold FINRA Series 6, 7, 22, 26, 63, and 65 licenses and received a bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, and related support services from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Last week, The DI Wire reported that Danny Carmona joined the firm as senior vice president over the Western region.
ExchangeRight is a privately held firm based in Pasadena, California. Together with its affiliates, the company has more than $2.3 billion in assets under management. Its platform includes 650 properties totaling more than 14 million square feet located throughout 38 states.
