ExchangeRight, a sponsor of securitized 1031 exchange real estate offerings, has expanded its broker-dealer and registered investment advisor relations team.

ExchangeRight, a sponsor of securitized 1031 exchange real estate offerings, has expanded its broker-dealer and registered investment advisor relations team, adding Michele Drummond as senior vice president of the south eastern region.

In her new role, Drummond will serve advisors, representatives, and investors in Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Puerto Rico, with a specialization in ExchangeRight’s real estate investment trust and 1031 exchange Delaware statutory trust platforms.

“We’re excited to add an associate of Michele’s caliber to our team,” said Warren Thomas, one of ExchangeRight’s managing partners. “Her extensive knowledge and experience in alternative investment strategies will be of great service as we continue working to empower people to be secure, free, and generous.”

Drummond joins ExchangeRight after 17 years in the financial industry, focusing on real estate and alternative investing.

According to her LinkedIn page, she most recently served as vice president of national accounts at Innovation Capital Solutions, a subsidiary of The Beneficient Group; vice president of strategic relationships at Virtua Capital Management; senior vice president of national and institutional accounts at SC Distributors; and vice president at Cole Capital, among other roles.

She is a graduate of the University of Illinois and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
