ExchangeRight Adds Internal Wholesaler Larry Baron to Sales Team
ExchangeRight, a sponsor of 1031 exchange and other alternative direct investment offerings, has hired Larry Baron as vice president over the Rocky Mountain/Western-Central region in the expansion of its broker-dealer and RIA sales group.

Prior to joining ExchangeRight, Baron was an investment analyst for Dallas-based financial firm, Confident Vision, and served as an external wholesaler for LEAF Financial Corporation.
He has joined ExchangeRight as an internal wholesaler, overseeing the marketing of the company’s private placement offerings for the Rocky Mountain/Western-Central region in support of Dave McCurdy, the region’s senior vice president.
“Larry’s work ethic and experience are outstanding. As we have continued to expand our national footprint in the 1031 DST space and have successfully launched our first REIT, we are thrilled to have Larry be a vital part of our sales team,” said ExchangeRight managing member, Warren Thomas.
“Larry has successfully grown and managed sales territories in both the private REIT and syndicated 1031 space by paying attention to the needs of registered representatives, RIAs, and their investors,” he added.
In Baron’s 20 years of financial experience, he has held both internal and external sales roles primarily in the real estate securities space, serving representatives and advisors who actively invest in REITs among most major asset classes. He currently maintains FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Wayne State University.
