Gladstone Land is a publicly-traded agricultural real estate investment trust that owns farmland and farm-related properties located in major agricultural markets in the United States. The Company is not a grower but is only a landlord, leasing its farms to corporate and independent farmers. As of December 31, 2022, Gladstone Land owned 169 farms, comprised of approximately 116,000 acres in 15 different states across the U.S. valued at approximately $1.6 billion.
