Commonwealth Nabs $263 Million Team from INVEST Financial
Commonwealth Financial Network, the nation’s largest private registered investment adviser and independent broker-dealer, has added Riverstone Wealth Partners LLC of St. Charles and Naperville, Illinois, to its network of independent financial advisors.

Riverstone was formerly affiliated with INVEST Financial Corporation and has more than $263 million in assets under management. INVEST is one of the broker-dealers in the National Planning Holdings network which was purchased by LPL Financial in August for $325 million.
Riverstone, a comprehensive financial planning firm, is led by partners Jodi Manthei, Ken Koppitz, and Nancy Hayes, along with wealth advisor Kimberly Mika.
