Cole Capital has a New Chief Sales Officer

William C. Miller, a 20 year financial services veteran, will join the Cole Capital (Cole) effective March 16, 2015. In addition to being tasked with leading internal and external sales efforts, Miller will also oversee broker-dealer relationships.

“Our ability to attract someone of Bill’s caliber with a demonstrated track record of success to lead our Sales and National Accounts teams is a testament to the Cole Capital platform and its leadership position in the alternative investment industry,” commented William Stanley, interim Chairman and CEO of Cole’s parent company, American Realty Capital Properties, Inc.

Miller will work closely with Mike Ezzell, CEO and President of Cole, plus Terry Mullen, the newly appointed Senior Advisor, to further expand business development and distribution strategies.

Most recently, he served as a Senior Vice President of National Accounts for American Funds leading teams charged with relationship management, contract negotiations, obtaining selling agreements, and distribution through wirehouses, regionals, and global banks. Additionally, his resume includes senior leadership roles with Realty Capital Securities, LLC, AXA Equitable Distributors, LLC, and Lincoln Financial Distributors.
