CM Pacific Capital Adds Camp Cuthrell and Omar Limon to Sales Team
CM Pacific Capital, a capital markets and distribution platform of tax structured real estate investments that include Delaware statutory trusts and opportunity zone funds, has hired Camp Cuthrell as managing partner and Omar Limon as vice president of sales.
CM Pacific Capital, a capital markets and distribution platform of tax structured real estate investments that include Delaware statutory trusts and opportunity zone funds, has expanded its sales team with the addition of Camp Cuthrell as managing partner and Omar Limon as vice president of sales.

As reported by The DI Wire earlier this year, Cuthrell and Limon served as senior vice president of sales and vice president of sales, respectively, at alternative investment manager Participant Capital, covering the firm’s Western territory.
In his new role as managing partner at CM Pacific Capital, Cuthrell will primarily focus on national accounts and the sale and distribution of CM Pacific Capital’s investment offerings.
As a veteran in the alternative direct investment space, Cuthrell has served as a regional vice president at Shopoff Realty Investments and brings sales and marketing experience from Triton Pacific Capital Partners and FS Investments (formerly Franklin Square Capital Partners). Prior to his roles in the independent channel, he was a wholesaler for Highland Capital and Mainstay Funds.
Limon previously led Shopoff’s internal team as the company’s senior internal wholesaler, has held leadership roles at Griffin Capital and Grubb & Ellis as a key account manager, and was a senior internal wholesaler at Pacific Life Insurance.
CM Pacific Capital offers a platform of DST investment options for its advisors and their clients, which currently include student housing, multifamily, industrial, healthcare self-storage, and opportunity zones.
