Carter Multifamily Fund Management Names Joe Laganza as SVP of National Accounts

Carter Multifamily Fund Management Company LLC, a newly-formed sponsor in the multifamily real estate investment space, has hired Joe Laganza as senior vice president of national accounts.

Carter Multifamily Fund Management Company LLC, a newly-formed sponsor in the multifamily real estate investment space, has hired Joe Laganza as senior vice president of national accounts.

In his new role, Laganza will focus on expanding the Carter Multifamily Growth & Income Fund LLC selling group members and related financial advisors. He will also be responsible for facilitating and overseeing updates to the fund’s broker-dealer and RIA partners.

“Joe Laganza comes to CMF with a wealth of experience having been in the industry so long, and will be instrumental when it comes to building a strong selling group of broker-dealer and RIA firms,” said founder and chairman John Carter.

Prior to joining the Carter Multifamily team, Laganza served as senior vice president, national accounts director at Shopoff Realty Investments.

He has spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry and has experience in investment products, financial analysis, and portfolio administration. Throughout his career, he has worked for several sponsors, including Atel Securities, Griffin Capital Securities, and Lightstone Securities.

Laganza received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance, and his master’s in business administration from Seton Hall University. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
