Capitol Securities Management Inc., privately owned regional brokerage and investment advisory firm with approximately $5 billion in client assets, has added Knobel Investments based in Anderson, South Carolina.
Previously affiliated with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, the Knobel team is comprised of founder Stuart Knobel, president Carter Knobel, and senior branch sales assistant Cheryl Lombardi. Stuart, Carter and Lombardi spent nearly a decade at Stifel, and each have 47, 24 and 19 years of industry experience, respectively.
Founded in 1985, Capitol Securities has more than 200 investment professionals and support staff, serving approximately 18,000 customer accounts with approximately $5 billion in client assets. The firm has a clearing relationship for its clients’ accounts, products, services and technology with Raymond James.
