Komar Desert Center (Komar), a 77,000 square-foot neighborhood retail center, includes major tenants such as Starbucks, BevMo!, Souplantation, and Burgers and Beer among others.

Only built in 2008, the Komar sits on 9.3 acres of land and is conveniently located near a Costco and Home Depot.
Geographically speaking, the retail center is on Highway 111, roughly three miles south of a major route that connects Coachella Valley to Los Angeles and Phoenix.
