Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Updates Net Asset Value Per Share

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust declares estimated net asset values per share for its common stock, as of October 31, 2021.

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Inc., a publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trust formerly known as Rodin Global Property Trust, has declared estimated net asset values per share for its common stock, as of October 31, 2021.

Class I shares had an NAV per share of $24.86 as of October 31, 2021, compared to $24.83 the previous month.

Class T shares had an NAV per share of $24.84, compared to $24.81 the previous month.

Class D shares had an NAV per share of $24.86, compared to $24.82 the previous month.

Class S shares had an NAV per share of $24.84, compared to $24.81 the previous month.

Investments in real estate remained unchanged at $552.1 million in September and October, while investments in real estate-related assets increased slightly from $35 million to $35.2 million month-over-month. Cash and cash equivalents increased from $15.9 million in September to $21.7 million in October, and other assets increased from $5.8 million to $6.1 million.

Debt obligations at fair market value decreased slightly from ($308.8 million) in September to ($307.8 million) in October. Accounts payable and other liabilities remained unchanged at ($6.7 million) month-over-month, while non-controlling interests in subsidiaries decreased from ($85.2 million) to ($78.9 million). Shares outstanding totaled 8.7 million at October 2021, compared to nearly 8.5 million the previous month.

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust launched in March 2017 to invest in a portfolio of income-producing commercial real-estate, as well as debt secured by commercial real estate, located primarily in the United States. The REIT has raised $222.4 million in investor equity as of September 2021.
