Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Reports Net Asset Value Per Share

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Inc., a publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trust formerly known as Rodin Global Property Trust, has declared estimated net asset values per share for its classes of common stock, as of August 31, 2022.

Class S shares had an NAV per share of $26.80, compared to $26.93 the previous month.

Class I shares had an NAV per share of $26.82, compared to $26.95 the previous month.

Class T shares had an NAV per share of $26.80, compared to $26.93 the previous month.

Class D shares had an NAV per share of $26.82, compared to $26.95 the previous month.

The company reported that investments in real estate increased from $1.087 billion in November to $1.085 billion in December, while investments in real estate-related assets remained flat at around $35 million. Cash and cash equivalents increased slightly from $38.0 million in November to $39.0 million in December, and other assets decreased from $11.1 million to $10.5 million.

Debt obligations at fair market value increased from ($419.4 million) in November to ($405.1 million) in December. Accounts payable and other liabilities increased from ($13.9 million) to ($15.7 million) month-over-month, while non-controlling interests in subsidiaries increased from ($324.1 million) to ($329.7 million). Shares outstanding totaled 15.2 million at December 2022, compared to nearly 15.0 million the previous month.

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust launched in March 2017 to invest in a portfolio of income-producing commercial real-estate, as well as debt secured by commercial real estate, located primarily in the United States. The REIT has had sold shares in its offerings for aggregate net proceeds of $359.1 million as of Sept. 30, 2022.
