Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Declares Net Asset Value Per Share

Class I shares had an NAV per share of $24.71 as of August 31, 2021, compared to $24.56 the previous month.

Class T shares had an NAV per share of $24.70, compared to $24.54 the previous month.

Class D shares had an NAV per share of $24.71, compared to $24.55 the previous month.

Class S shares had an NAV per share of $24.70, compared to $24.54 the previous month.

Investments in real estate increased from $552.8 million in July to $553.8 million in August, while investments in real estate-related assets increased slightly from $33.2 million to $33.4 million. Cash and cash equivalents increased from $13.7 million in July to $15.9 million in August, and other assets increased from $5.6 million to $5.8 million month-over-month.

Debt obligations at fair market value decreased from ($313.9 million) in July to ($311.1 million) in August. Accounts payable and other liabilities increased from ($5.2 million) to ($6.4 million) month-over-month, while non-controlling interests in subsidiaries increased from ($83.9 million) to ($85.2 million). Shares outstanding increased from 7.9 million to nearly 8.2 million month-over-month.

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust launched in March 2017 to invest in a portfolio of income-producing commercial real-estate and debt secured by commercial real estate located primarily in the United States. The REIT has raised $209 million in investor equity as of July 2021.
