Class I shares had an NAV per share of $24.28 as of May 31, 2021, compared to $24.27 the previous month.

Class T shares had an NAV per share of $24.26, compared to $24.25 the previous month.

Class D shares had an NAV per share of $24.27, compared to $24.26 the previous month.

Class S shares had an NAV per share of $24.26, compared to $24.25 the previous month.

Investments in real estate increased from $359.8 million to $390.6 million month-over-month, while investments in real estate-related assets decreased slightly from $33.6 million to $33.4 million. Cash and cash equivalents increased from $18.4 million in April to $27 million in May, and other assets increased from $4 million to $4.2 million in April and May, respectively.

Debt obligations at fair market value increased slightly from ($193.5 million) to nearly ($193.8 million) month-over-month. Accounts payable and other liabilities increased from ($3.8 million) in April to ($15.4 million) in May. Non-controlling interests in subsidiaries totaled ($46.3 million) in April compared to ($73.1 million) in May. There were approximately 7 million shares outstanding in both April and May.

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust invests in a portfolio of income-producing commercial real-estate and debt secured by commercial real estate located primarily in the United States. The REIT has raised $182.8 million in investor equity as of April 2021.
