Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Declares Nav Per Share for April 2021

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust Inc., a publicly registered non-traded real estate investment trust formerly known as Rodin Global Property Trust, has approved an estimated net asset value per share for its common stock, as of April 30, 2021.

Class I shares had an NAV per share of $24.27 as of April 30, 2021, compared to $24.17 the previous month.

Class T shares had an NAV per share of $24.25, compared to $24.15 the previous month.

Class D shares had an NAV per share of $24.26, compared to $24.16 the previous month.

Class S shares had an NAV per share of $24.25, compared to $24.15 the previous month.

Investments in real estate remained flat at nearly $359.8 million, while investments in real estate-related assets increased slightly from $33.3 million to $33.6 million, month-over-month. Cash and cash equivalents increased from $13.6 million in March to $18.4 million in April, and other assets increased from $3 million to $4 million in March and April, respectively.

Debt obligations at fair market value remained flat at approximately $193.5 million. Accounts payable and other liabilities increased from $2.9 million in March to $3.8 million in April. Non-controlling interests in subsidiaries totaled ($46.7 million) in March and ($46.3 million) in April. There were close to 7 million of shares outstanding in April, compared to 6.8 million the previous month.

Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust invests in a portfolio of income-producing commercial real-estate and debt secured by commercial real estate located primarily in the United States. The REIT has raised $182.8 million in investor equity as of April 2021.
