Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc. has hired three veterans – Mick Manning, Brian S. Rivera, and Dawn Impellizzeri – to expand the firm’s wholesaling efforts as they provide and distribute investment solutions to the wealth channel. Though Bridge has historically serviced institutional investors directly and through platform partners, it will leverage its growing team to service high-net worth individual accredited investors.

Bridge is an alternative investment manager with approximately $49.2 billion of assets under management as of Sept. 30, 2024.

Manning, who started with Bridge as managing director – national sales in September, brings more than three decades of experience servicing, growing, and supporting investment platforms. Prior to coming aboard, Manning served as managing director – head of capital markets at Forum Investment Group from 2022 to 2024. Prior to Forum, he served as chief executive officer of Pacific Oak Capital Markets from 2018 to 2022 and KBS Capital Markets Group from 2015 to 2018. Manning earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

“Mick’s leadership and depth of knowledge have already proven to be an asset to Bridge” said Dean Allara, vice chairman of Bridge Investment Group. “His proven expertise in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships will help Bridge grow our distribution and drive robust growth.”

Joining Manning to expand regional coverage are Rivera and Impellizzeri.

Rivera has nearly 30 years of experience, with deep expertise in developing innovative sales strategies, analyzing business markets, and managing client relationships. Rivera joins Bridge from Sealy Investment Securities, where he served as executive vice president, business development since 2020. Prior to that, he was with CIM Group LP from 2018 to 2020. Rivera’s territory includes the Western United States. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Franklin and Marshall College.

Impellizzeri joins Bridge with over three decades of experience in the financial services industry. She also joins Bridge from Sealy Investment Securities, where she served as senior vice president from 2020 to 2024 and was instrumental in driving growth, leading sales teams, and increasing market share. Prior to Sealy, Impellizzeri began her career at Transamerica Capital from 2000 to 2009. At Bridge, she will focus on the Upper Midwest United States. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.
