Bourne Financial Group LLC, a sponsor of alternative investment offerings, has made several changes, including appointing Jade Miller as company president.
Bourne Financial Group LLC, a sponsor of alternative investment offerings, has announced several changes to its capital markets team.
Jade Miller has been appointed president, capital markets, after previously serving as the company’s vice president of capital markets. Miller is a member of the board of directors of the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) and has spent more than nine years in the alternative investment industry.
“Over the past four years, Jade has proven herself as a leader at Bourne Financial Group,” said Bob Bourne, CEO. “Jade’s promotion to president, capital markets is a reflection of all her hard work and dedication to the company.
Katie Pollard has been appointed vice president of marketing and communication, promoted from her previous position of director of marketing and communications. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Belmont University and an MBA from Florida State University.
