BlueGate Boat & RV Storage Fund Opens Facility Outside of Charlotte, N.C.

BlueGate Boat & RV Storage opened its newest facility in Mooresville, N.C. Located in the 300 block of Oates Road, just off West Plaza Drive at I-77 and minutes from Lake Norman, the purpose-built facility offers 342 covered units and caters specifically to the needs of boat and RV owners.

The facility is part of the Blue Gate Preferred Investors I, LLC, Regulation D 506c offering. The target fund size is $7.5 million.

According to BlueGate, Lake Norman – the largest man-made body of fresh water in North Carolina – is a prime destination for boating, fishing, hiking and biking. Located just 20 miles north of Charlotte, it offers an ideal getaway year-round.

BlueGate, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group’s Go Store It Self Storage, specializes in developing high-quality, purpose-built boat and RV storage facilities across the Southeastern United States. The Mooresville location marks BlueGate’s sixth operating facility, further expanding its portfolio in a growing market.

The facility was designed by Link CLT and constructed by BenCo, with civil engineering by ACRO-DS Development Partners.
