Behringer’s National Income Properties DST III Fully Subscribed
Behringer and its affiliated sponsor, Behringer Net Lease Advisors LLC, announced that National Income Properties DST III, a multi-property Delaware statutory trust 1031 exchange program, is now fully committed and subscribed.
Behringer’s net lease investment platform, now with approximately $30 million under management, is structured as multi-property, net lease portfolios that offer access to real estate through fractional or sole ownership.
According to Behringer managing director Brad Watt, the company plans to expand their sponsorship of 1031 exchange DST offerings “moving forward.”
Founded in 2001, Behringer is a privately-owned investment sponsor that creates, manages, and distributes specialized alternative investment programs, including real estate investment trusts, joint ventures, and proprietary program structures.
