Barron’s Names Securities America’s Haussmann One of Top Women Financial Advisors

Securities America, a wholly owned broker-dealer subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc., announced that Trudy Haussmann has been named to Barron’s Top 100 Women Financial Advisors for 2015.

This isn’t the first time Haussmann has been recognized. As president and owner of Haussmann Financial in Lake Forest, CA, she is one of 16 advisors to be named to this list every year since its inception in 2006. Haussmann has been an advisor with Securities America since 1991, and holds the designation of certified financial planner.

Janine Wertheim, president of Securities America Advisors and senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Securities America says, “Having had the pleasure to work with her for more than 20 years, we are pleased to see Trudy recognized for her commitment to excellence and outstanding service.”

The recognition ranks women advisors based on their assets under management, revenues generated and the overall quality of their firm.

Barron’s publishes four financial advisor rankings each year: The Top 100, The Top 100 Women, The Top 100 Independents and The Top 1,000, in which advisors are ranked on a state-by-state basis.

Haussmann was also ranked in the Top 100 Women Financial Advisors in 2014, as The DI Wire reported.
