Apollo Realty Income Solutions Reports Monthly NAV Per Share

Apollo Realty Income Solutions Inc., a non-traded NAV real estate investment trust sponsored by Apollo Global Management Inc., has declared its monthly net asset value per share as of April 30, 2023.

While the REIT has registered nine separate share classes, it has only sold class F-I and class A-I shares as of the end of April. As a result, the transaction price for the remaining share classes is based on the company’s total NAV per share of $20.24 as of April 30, 2023.

Class F-I were sold for $20.19, and class A-I shares were sold for $20.25.

The company’s aggregate NAV grew to $241.3 million, compared to $240.2 million the month prior.

As of April 30, 2023, Apollo’s number of outstanding shares was 11.9 million.

As previously reported by The DI Wire, the REIT was publicly registered with the SEC in September 2022 and declared effective in November 2022.

Apollo Realty Income Solutions has registered up to a maximum of $5 billion in shares of its common stock for sale. As of April 30, 2023, the company sold approximately 9.0 million shares for total proceeds of $181.0 million.
